How to 'bag' your crush within a month?

I really like this boy in my form, but with every boy I have liked, my usual tactic of making friends with them has not proved successful as we have become so close that we do not want to sacrifice and friendships and we grow apart - this always hurts me. Anyway I want to change my tactics and aim for this boy to really like me, perhaps by flirting with him. Are there any useful techniques I could use that would actually make me successful and happy?

start getting to know him in a way where you make it known that you're interested..not in a way that makes it seem like he's just a person to talk to and possibly grow a friendship with
Just walk up to him, grab his junk and say ';I want to ride on Thundercock all night';
sneak up behind him and get a large paper bag and pull it over his head
