How do i get over my impossible crush?

ok. As much as i dont want to admit defeat, i think it's quite clear that my crush (he's from England) is just a big flirt, and he is madly in love with a girl ';back home';. He posted it on facebook, and told his friend so. What do i do to get over him? I really like him, but i want to stop NOW before i get hurt anymore than i already am.
