Maybe you should remind her what the definition of ';best friend'; is and let her know that you respect her and would never interfere with her ';crush'; or anything else that was important to her.

If she was your true friend she wouldn't be doing this. Ditch her and move on to someone who will be a true friend to you.
tell her how you feel but im not sure she'll quit
Confront her and tell her that you would like it if she stopped flirting with him.
All's fair in love and war. If you like the guy stop crushing and do something about it. If you are keeping silent she has every right to flirt with the guy. You flirt with him too or just tell him how you feel. If you don't, you have no right to be upset with her. No guts, no glory, she's got'em, what about you?

i guess attract the men she likes so she'll go and try to steal them too so once she dumps those guys you like so she can go get those guys you can hook back up with those guys you like and if they respect you and are faithful and actually listen you can tell them all about it so you'll feel better about it and they'll stay away from that girl.
