What do you do when your roommate is sleeping with your crush?

My roommate is my best friend/cousin and my eledged crush is a guy I have known for many years and been through some strange ups and downs with. I have always kinda liked him and at one point even hated his guts which just got him inside my head. Then right when I got him out we started to become good friends.


Well my cousin just met him a couple months ago and I confided everything I have been through with him and felt about him to her.





Right now my cousin and this guy are like the two closest friends I have and us three have hung out for a couple months now and for the last couple weeks when we hang out they flirt and I sit there.


The flirty/touchy stuff always bothered me but the fact that it is my cousin and this guy I have been through so much with really is like playing with a raw nerve.


He is spending the night more and more .. and seems to always be there. He is still in my head which makes me a bit self contious around him on top of me being super pissed at the both of them so I can not shower, eat, sleep or unclench because he is always there.. or in my cousins bed the room over.


I am so sick of being ignored and left out so they can flirt when she knows how I feel about it. I really just want us all to be equals and I am seriously am going crazy.. I don't know what to do.





I feel like my cousin totally stabbed me in the back ..

What do you do when your roommate is sleeping with your crush?
She doesn't care about you at all if shes doing that. I know it may be hard, but try to move on. Hang out with any other friends you have, and if they invite you to hang out, say you'll think about it and ring up some other friends to see if they want to hang out with you instead of you having to go on their dumb little flirting sessions all over town. Writing always helps me, like in a notebook, or on the computer. If it is in a notebook, I normally try to rip it up or hid where as it won't hurt the persons' feelings. But if I were you, I'd try my best to move on, and make new friends and hang out with your current friends. Don't tell your cousin she hurt you, just ignore her and if she tries to talk it out with you, then good for her for noticing that she hurt you, but she needs to realize what she really did.

Get over it. He has made his choice, and it wasn't you. If he had wanted to be with you he would have done it long ago. Sorry, life is full of disapointments. Find yourself another man, one that wants you. Your cousin should have been more sensitive, true, but she wasn't, so forgive her or move. Seriously, try someone else, you will be doing yourself good.
Pick one of them, whichever is easiest to talk too ( I imagine in your case your cousin?) and tell them exactlly how you feel.. It wont stop any other way, and even if you do talk to them it still might not stop.. Mabye they love eachother?
she did stab you in the back. if you fight with her she knows shes gonna lose. kick your cousin out and talk to that guy. your cousin isnt your friend. and if she said ';o i didnt know'; then shes a liar.

I think this is nothing but jealousy because you like this guy.If he is flirting with her in front of you that means he do not cares about your love and you.So why are you wasting your time in thinking of somebody who even don't love or care you any more.This is also because you donot have somebody else so close to you.When you will find your Mr.Right then you will not think about him/her any more. And believe me when you find the him, he will make you give you the feeling of being special.


Till than spent your max time with your other close friends. ';Friends are those gifts who makes you happy in your bad time'; remember this. Let them both do whatever they want to do.Try to always keep a distance from their relationship.do not interfare in any way in there relationship.
