How do you get your crush to like you?

I have this crush....Mikey. I have known him for 10 years and I am 14. I see him every Friday. I think he may be flirting with me. How do I know if he likes me? How should I make myself attractive to him (I look good slutty!) and how should I act around him? How am I supposed to flirt? How am I supposed to ask him if he has feelings for me?How do you get your crush to like you?
If you like him, let him know that you do. If he thinks of you as only as friend, then it's his loss. When you're with him, act like yourself. That's why you've been friends for this long. When flirting, occasionally touch his hands or shoulder when you're talking to him. That will get you closer to him without being too aggressive.
